Registration Fees
Registration fees are due prior to the start of the seminar and include all course materials, breakfast, and lunch, as appropriate. Program schedules with arrangement details will be sent with registration confirmation or exhibit on the pqsinc.org website.

Substitutions, Transfers, Cancellations Policy
If you register and later find that you can’t attend, you may send an alternate in your place or you may select another date based on course and date availability. You must notify us in writing of your alternate date or replacement.

Cancellations received fewer than five business days prior to the seminar start date are charged 50% of the entire tuition.

All cancellations, transfers, and substitutions must be confirmed in writing five business days prior to the course. A $25 service charge will be applied for returned checks. Please fax directly to (619) 342-2661. If you did not attend the course and did not cancel five business days before the start of the course, your monies will not be refunded.

Discounts (ONE per seminar)

• You may qualify for one of the discounts listed below. Offers may not be combined with any other discounts.
  Early Payment Discount: Payments received 30 days prior to the seminar are eligible for the following discounts: $50 discount for programs under $600; $100 discount for programs over $600. Orders must be prepaid by check or credit card.
• Group Discount: 5% discount for teams of three or more from the same organization, attending the same seminar at the same time.
• Government Discount: 10% courtesy discount for all U.S. government employees.

Tax Deduction
A tax deduction is allowed for educational expenses, including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging, incurred to maintain and improve professional skills. Contact your tax advisor for details.

Notice
Practical Quality Solutions Inc., a for profit educational & consulting company, prohibits tape recordings of any sessions. The Company reserves the right to rearrange course content and is not responsible for typographical errors. Courses may be cancelled and locations may be changed at the discretion of the Company. The Company is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants.
